this is what i feel is true as of now
snowboarding films will always be there, always a step or two ahead of skiing. the only way to stop these sort of feelings is if skiers are able to stop following the trends of snowboarding so much and do their own thing. or even companies that film both skiers and snowboarders. as of now alot of the trends that skiers have made are pretty wack, like neon baggy shit? cool for a year or two but the trend has lasted way too long. like i think nimbus independent is a good example of skiers doing their own thing, i wasnt even a huge fan of idea but like the whistler edit in the new episode is amazing im soooooo hyped on it!
give it time, itll be a great day when skiers dont resort to buying snowboard videos! be optimistic!

Snowboarding movies are sick. there is so much more variety of film style and creativity(tricks,features, editing and camera angles etc..) than skiing right now. they are so much more fun to watch that a lot of ski movies

'Thats it, Thats all' is just going to plow everything over this year for the sole reason that its going to be so different from the rest of the pack in terms of the level of "redbull" level shots. Its just going to be sheer ridiculousness. BBC + Snowboarding = cant go wrong.
