Actually, this comment is based on the fact that I know Bode and have worked with him before. He's obviously a super talented skier and gifted athlete, but probably the most self centered, egotistical, and obnoxious person that I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Thats saying a lot.

ok the whole bode drinking before races and being drunk while skiing is a lot of control, he has never raced drunk and anytime he has raced hungover which has probably only happened once or twice would have been because of a big win the prevouse day. As well there are a lot of "badass" ski racers on the world cup circuit that drink and party a lot during the season, Bode isn't out all alone he just has the money to make a stand and do what he wants. There are a lot of younger racers who would do the same thing if they had anywhere near the money bode has. The whole world cup should go to AA meetings cause the drinking and partying is pretty insane.
