so i'm watching worldcup skiing in kitzbuhel right now on tv and bode was way outside his line and had both skis on the fence at like 120 km/h. he ended up tying for first on his run. ridiculous......

why is everyone calling it progressive?
it's not like he thought "man this would dope". it was purely a survival instinct to keep himself on upright and it could have gone either way. amazing recovery though.
and that probably wasn't fencing. the fencing they use would've shredded and he would have wrecked huge. it was more than likely a padded bag to protect racers from smashing into a tree should they lose it in the corner.
