looks to me like someone fucked up big time
refund if where u got ur skis is where they were mounted
really shit job

problem 1- the shop was to lazy to finish putting the screws in all the way
fix with a screw driver

problem 2- the heal piece should be all the way foward incase your foot grows

problem 3- make the toe piece a little higher din, it will stiffen it out and it might not wiggle as much.

In total they kinda screwed up your mounting job, they should have placed the heal piece further foward. if u get it remounted, leave the toe piece where it is and move the heal piece foward. then i would prob find a better shop that knows a little more on what they are doing

so my brand new skis have been mounted twice, the worst part is that the first mount was in the right place!!! I better get a huge store credit or something from them or im gonna be pissed.

leave the toe peice and u might need a new heel peice its prolly bent somewhere

that shop blows, u should get a full refund. this is what happens when ppl work at ski shops, and mount skis who can only snowboard on the bunny slope. id ask for new skis and screws, then head to another shop so that another shop can mt them the right way. mounting skis isnt that hard if u just take some time to do it right and measure it out, u could prob do it urself if there r no other shops

yeah man get all you money back and tell people what shop it is so no one else has this happen to them

the place is legit but someone who is retarded must have mounted my skis... i called them and they said "We'll get the mechanic to straighten it out?"
