Hello everyone,

Just a quick update to let you know that 15 kids have moved into their new home last Thursday. It's amazing to see how quickly the children have adjusted to their new environment!

If you haven't visited the Alpine Initiatives site in a while, now is a good time to go see the latest construction time-lapse videos and journal.

From now on, most of the journal entries will mostly talk about how the kids spend their day.

We will be heading back home on the 25th of August, when most of the kids will be going back to school.

Jebus, stfu, yes it may me a drop in the ocean but what would you rather do sit there and watch it rot.

My dad and his family grew up in Africa and I agree with your first paragraph on the mentality of Africa but you can't expect change overnight, any something is better than nothing.

Congrats to JP and the crew, would love to go do something like this, will there be any opportunity to go as part of AI in the future?

Hey guys awesome to see more people going down there to help out. My time is Africa was probably the most life changing two weeks of my life. Seeing how people responded when helping them was incredible and heartbreaking. I hope that you can help create serious change there.

Anyone considering traveling to Africa on mission or just to help, DO IT!

my college does a qualifcation project for sustainable redevlopment in south africa, just readin alpine initiative updates motivated me to take advantage of it. semester abrod this fall , stoked , and stoked to see what you've done. word up
