At last weekend's Freestyle.ch in Zurich, Switzerland, our friends over at Washaw Productions (www.washawproductions.com) had a chance to sit down with many of the competitors in between runs, catching up with friends and all in all having a great time at the first major event of the season.

Pretty lame that they didnt interview Russ Henshaw. For the amount of talent he has and the comps he has been winning recently, he gets no love from the media.

its cool that they did all those interviews but yeah...it almost makes you feel uncomfortable watching because you can tell how awkward most of the interviews are

Wow! My interview looks so uncomfortable... I just remember him staring blankly at me when I answered a question, and I would just have to keep talking. bahahah! That might have been the only interviewer ever that could make Colby feel uncomfortable.

Sorry guys for the interviews. It was my first time as interviewer and certainly my last one aswell. Wasn't easy at all, but I've tried. I'm much better behind a camera ;)

Love it... good job! Give the guy a break, I'm sure English isn't his first language. Imagine how you'd interview if you were speaking in a completely different language?

Washaw!!!! No don't give up! Hah come on everyone on here is blowing this way out of proportion. I think you did a great job, especially for being first time and in a different language. Nobody gets how hard that stuff is, but it really is difficult to do interviews... especially your first time!

So don't sweat it, and shame on everyone for hating on Oliver.

I for one say Three Cheers for Oliver!!!

Hah, and Dishwalla is right... couple of beers makes it much easier. ;)

The interviews were hard to watch but don't give up dude. That must have been so hard doing it in your second language for the first time. You def knew what you were talking about and had good questions to ask. Just next time smoke a blunt or have a beer whatever makes you more comfortable.
