is it really anonymous for the most part? are all those dudes showing their dicks on chat roulette (without their face.. showing your dick and your face is not anonymous obviously) in jeopardy of getting in trouble/people knowing who they are? are crazy ass posts and pictures on 4chan really anonymous?

seems unlikely right? internet experts, fill me in so i know whether i can show my dick on chat roulette or not, thanks

actually, while we're at it, what IS the deal with dudes who show their face and dick on chat roulette?? do they just not give a fuck who sees them etc? isnt it at least illegal?
