Bengal tiger, if the eagle ever flew down within range it would rip it to pieces. But he eagle could just stay up in the air, so then it would be neither.
Really a dumb question when its an animal that can fly vs one that cant
if the golden eagle had the strength to treat the bengal like it does goats then it could be a fight. the eagle could drag the tiger right off the edge of a cliff but the tiger may be heavy enough that the eagle's force coupled with the tiger's extreme athleticism would keep it pinned to the rocks
oh pure weight an eagle could never lift a tiger, but an eagle might have enough force and strength to drag the tiger away from the side of the cliff and cause it to lose its footing and fall off the edge. bengal tigers walk along cliffs and balance in precarious places so the eagle could facilitate the drop
if a refrigerator was balanced on the wall of a cliff an eagle could knock it off, so now we have to account for the tiger being a refrigerator that is also partially attached to the rock wall
